BUNDABERG

Council offers a range of financial and other assistance to assist in the provision of Projects/Programs and Events. These include:

  • Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF)

FRASER COAST

Fraser Coast Regional Council offers a number of grant funding opportunities below:

  • Community Projects
  • Community Events
  • Regional Events
  • Community Celebration Events – Christmas, New Year, Australia Day, Anzac Day
  • Financial Assistance to Sportspersons Grants Scheme
  • Mayor’s Community Benefit Fund
  • Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF)
  • Opening and closing dates vary across the different grants.

GLADSTONE

Council offers two separate funding streams for groups and organisations seeking funding assistance in the form of donations, sponsorship and/or grants. These are:

  1. Community Donations Program, which is a general pool of funds for a range of community-based organisations and administered by Council’s Community Wellbeing Department.
  1. Sport & Recreation Grants, which are open only to sporting, active recreation groups and organisations servicing the Gladstone Region.

GOLD COAST

City of Gold Coast provides a number of funding programs and initiatives to assist incorporated not-for-profit community organisations that support the Gold Coast community:

  • Community Grants Program
  • Mayoral and Divisional Donations Program
  • Nature Conservation Assistance Program (NCAP)
  • Other funding sources and assistance

IPSWICH

Council provides funding for non-profit and community based organisations through the Arts, Social Development and Community Engagement Department in the areas of community and cultural development that enables Council to form partnerships with community based organisations for projects that may not receive funding from other sources.

Applicants are encouraged to read the Community Grants and In-Kind Assistance Applicant Guidelines and Grants Donations Bursaries And Scholarships Policy to determine their eligibility and for further information.

Focus: Logan City Council offers a number of grants available to community organisations, individuals, clubs and services. The grants cover a range of areas and interests from sports, arts, events, programing, environment, education and individual aspirations.

MORETON BAY

Moreton Bay Regional Council provides grants to community organisations to support the sustainable delivery of community, cultural, sporting and environmental activities to residents in the Moreton Bay region. Council’s Community Grants Program consists of the following grants:

  • Community Organisation Development Grant
  • Community Organisation Equipment Grant
  • Individual Achievement Grant
  • Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF)

MOUNT ISA

There are two funding programs. These are the Community Grants Program and Major Events Sponsorship Program. These are offered in two rounds annually:

REDLAND CITY

Redland City Council provides financial assistance to individuals and organisations, helping them run projects that benefit the local community. Types of funding include:

  • Community Grants – For programs and projects with a specific purpose and outcome.
  • Sponsorship – For an event, project, service or activity which provides commercial benefits to Council and the community.
  • Councillors’ Small Grants – Offering small amounts of assistance to organisations, and supporting individuals to achieve excellence at a high-level.
  • Regional Arts Development Fund – Supporting emerging artists to develop their skills and profile in the Redlands.

  • Rockhampton Regional Council is committed to supporting the delivery of projects/events within the Rockhampton Regional Council area that contribute to building community and economic capacity. Funding programs include:
